A Smile Makeover: From PFM Crowns to Porcelain-Fused-to-Zirconia

Recently, a patient visited our clinic with porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crowns showing a black cervical margin—a common issue when metal begins to appear near the gumline. There were also noticeable spaces between the central incisors and the laterals, which affected both function and aesthetics.

Our Treatment Plan

To restore the smile beautifully and naturally, we recommended:
