Scope of Work / Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Associate Dentist at Fuentes Dental Center, you will:

• Deliver dental care services to patients in accordance with clinic standards
• Conduct oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Perform general dental procedures such as restorations, extractions, prophylaxis, and fillings
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options
• Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed
• Coordinate with dental assistants and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold patient confidentiality
• Uphold clinic policies, safety, and infection control standards
• Engage in continuing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who are:

 -Licensed (Newly board passer dentists are encouraged to apply)
 -With or without clinical experience
 -Willing to learn and be trained in additional procedures and protocols
 -Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
 -Friendly, professional, and patient-oriented
 -Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
 -With ortho preceptorship is a plus (Advantage but not required)
