ASSOCIATE DENTIST

• Licensed Dentist

• Perform checkups, oral prophylaxis, restorations, and general dental procedures

• Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and education

• Locations: Batasan–San Mateo • Kapitolyo • Amang • Mandaluyong • Tanauan (Batangas) • Regalado (Fairview) • Marikina • Congressional

CLINIC LEAD

• Oversee daily branch operations

• Book and confirm appointments, submit sales/inventory reports

• Coordinate team for smooth patient flow

• Leadership experience in a clinic is a plus

• Locations: Kapitolyo (Pasig) • Mandaluyong • Meycauayan, Bulacan • Congressional (Visayas Ave.)

FRONT DESK OFFICER

• Greet and assist patients

• Handle calls, records, scheduling

• Support Clinic Lead in daily operations

• Customer service or clinic experience preferred

DENTAL ASSISTANT

• Assist in dental procedures (restoration, extraction, etc.)

• Prepare and sterilize instruments; maintain clinic cleanliness

• Provide chairside support for patient comfort

DENTAL TECHNICIAN

• Graduate of Dental Technology

• Skilled in dentures, crowns, and bridges

• Detail-oriented, dependable, familiar with lab tools

ADMIN STAFF

• Graduate of any business-related course

• Experience in admin work, filing, office coordination

• Skilled in inventory monitoring, MS Word/Excel

• Organized and reliable

• Location: Parang, Marikina City

ACCOUNTING / FINANCE MANAGER

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)

• Experienced in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, audits

• Proficient in accounting software and Excel

• Strong leadership and analytical skills

FINANCE OFFICER

• Graduate of Finance/Accountancy

• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting

• Proficient in QuickBooks or SAP

IN-HOUSE TRAINER

• Conduct training for new hires on dental procedures and protocols

• Solid dental clinic experience (as Dentist, Dental Assistant, or Front Desk)

• Patient, organized, effective communicator

SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER

• Skilled in photo/video editing (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

• Knowledgeable in social media platforms and trends

• Creative, organized, can write catchy captions

FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Sales background (dental/medical field a plus)

• Strong communication and client-handling skills

• Goal-driven, can work independently

• Must own a motorcycle with valid driver’s license
