Available Positions

We currently have openings for two essential roles in our clinic:

Dental Receptionist Position

• Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for our patients

• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and reminders via phone and email

• Handle patient registration, update records, and verify information

• Process payments and assist with basic clinic administration

Dental Assistant Position

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments before patient appointments

• Assist dentists during procedures by providing instruments and materials

• Perform basic patient care, including taking dental X-rays and providing post-operative instructions

• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure equipment is clean and functional

Qualifications We Value

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Role-Specific Preferences

• For Dental Assistants: Relevant certification or training is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates

• For Receptionists: Prior experience in customer service or administration is advantageous
